Default How do I keep track of what I eat??

[This is probably going to vanish into the ether along with my previous
replies to posts in this newsgroup, but I'm an optimist!]

Help!

For better or worse, I'd like to keep track of what I eat, but I'm not one
for making little squiggles in notebooks.

Can anyone suggest a form (or better yet, software) to help me keep track?
I have little experience with forms, but I know that it's *much* easier to
check off items rather than "re-inventing the wheel" on a daily basis.

Thanks,

Forms: http://www.delorie.com/health/

It's still squiggles on paper but at least it has all the right
columns ;-)

I use the daily food form and the weight print-a-chart myself.

Anne,

I use LifeForm which is shareware you can download at
http://www.fitnesoft.com.

I have used Fitday in the past, but I found it tedious to use, and it was
harder to put in the recipes and many food items I eat. Lifeform makes it
very easy to add new foods and recipes.
Plus, with Fitday, if anything happenes to the site, your data is gone,
since there's no way of downloading your food diaries.

LifeForm also makes it easy to track exercise and the calories it assigns to
exercises match my weight loss experience a lot better than the ones on the
equipment at the gym.

This program is what I use and have used it for years. It is easy to add
your own foods and recipes if you want to, but it already has many many
things. It tracks your exercise too. It keeps a graph of your weight and
intake of calories day by day, also the fat, carbs and protein grams that
you eat every day.
