Recipe request: Soup recipe from "Woman's World" back issue

A few years ago, "Woman's World" magazine had a recipe for "Eat All You Want Soup" or some such name. There was a diet plan to follow, as well. I'm sure you can guess.....I cut out the recipe and it somehow disappeared.

I can't find a web site for this magazine, and the publisher only has e-mail addresses for sales and advertising.

Does anyone have this recipe? I've found similar recipes elsewhere, but I'm pretty sure *this* one didn't call for a can of V-8 juice. I like the idea that it's supposed to curb your appetite, and you can eat as much as you want.

The major problem with soup is that it usualy contains way too much salt,
unless it is made with home made stock.
