Exercise Question???
Hi all,
I was wondering when is the best time to workout morning or evening? I've been doing Taebo 30 minutes a day for a few months now but I'd like to focus on my abs & manybe do some weights. Have any suggestions? Thanks a bunch, I'm new to all this workout stuff. SPOONS Total Loss: 20 lbs |

Exercise Question???
IMHO, there is NO perfect time, but when it's more convenient for each
of us. Real important thing to remember is, if you work out in the morning, it is best to eat something before a work out and have water.. if you have a light snack then about 30-45 minutes afterwards is good time to start your work out. If you have a heavier breakfast then about 2 hours later may be ok to start. Good luck! |

Exercise Question???
Typically it is said that it's better to work out first thing in the morning
on an empty stomach. However, for me I find that I really don't have the energy first thing in the morning so (if I am home that day) I like to relax, have my breakfast, and then workout out maybe 2-3 hrs. later. I don't ever lift weights in the morning, I'm just too weak. I always weight train later in the day, after work. (around 6pm) Everyone has a differing opinion on what time is best to work out but realistically, as long as you are working out regularly the time of day isn't so important. You need to figure out what's best for your own body and any exercise is great, morning, noon, or night. Good luck!!! Kris "SPOONS" wrote in message le.rogers.com... If you do it when it's most cenvenient for you your more likley to stick at it. You need some carbs before a workout, so a good breakfast is in order if you do a morning session.
