all of these sound nice and it is readily apparent you need no how touch so
I will make some suggestions that might help you increase variety and reduce
points.
1. anywhere you can use Lipton onion soup mix, you can look at substituting
ranch dressing mix, taco mix or meat loaf ix, depends on dish you are
making.
2. any cream of soup will do even cream of asparagus or golden mushroom.
3. Try the fat reduced, salt reduced soups, less points and healthier but
great flavor.
4. you can substitute plain yogurt and fat free sour cream for recipes.
5. use fat free cheese or something like the Velveeta light in things like
your macaroni and cheese recipe, you could also use skim milk and fat free
canned milk and egg beaters in that one to greatly reduce points, and since
it is cooking so long I bet whole wheat elbows would do great.
6. when doing a roast pork or beef you can use a can of diet soda and an
equal amount of catsup to make a nice BBQ like sauce. if doing chicken use a
white soda, if doing pork try cherry plain cola for beef.
7 you can also use soy sauce and soda for an oriental touch, orange an soy
sauce over chicken is nice.

I hope this helps, yours look very nice,
