Need easy recipes.
Hi, I live on my own and cook for myself. I find I often take the unhealthy
option on snacks and meals in general. I am not a member of a weight watchers group and only want to drop a few excess kilos. I have made an effort to stock the fridge with some fruit and am unsure on the fat content of pasta, rice or fish. What are the good foods and what are the big no no's. I would really like to know what are some favorite and easy recipies. I don't mind turning over a new leaf and trying something new. Cheers Lynne |

I am not a member of a weight watchers group and only want to drop a few excess kilos. Here's a few hints. AVOID all sugary foods, fried foods, junk foods and high-carb foods. Practice portion control. Weigh and measure everything you eat. Try and get some exercise every day. I have made an effort to stock the fridge with some fruit and am unsure on the fat content of pasta, rice or fish. What are the good foods and what are the big no no's. Why not join WW and learn about portion control or find out how many calories a day it would take for you to lose weight? Snacking on fruit alone wont do it. I would really like to know what are some favorite and easy recipies. I don't mind turning over a new leaf and trying something new. Tonight we're having baked Tilapia fish, microwaved small white potatoes (1 each) and a low-carb veggie mix. Altogether about 400 calories per serving.
