Never said it was ... this was a tongue-in-cheek list of thing that people keep secret, not necesarily a list of "serious" and "negative" things." No ne wants people to know they are on a diet but once one person in the crowd confesses the rest out of the woodwork. Its like a religion LOL So what diet do you practice???? We lw carbers knew as soon as Atkins died that he would be outed and people would admit he might have had a valid point here with the high protein diet. I giggle at the LC for the Fat Guy!!
