What foods fit the low-cal, low-carb, high fat category?

Any foods that reduce your appetite and thus allow you to eat less without
being hungry.

Meat, fish, chicken, pork, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, cheese, nuts,
lettuce, etc. are some possible examples. There are others.

A piece of beef may be high in fat and hence high in calories. But if
eating that (plus veggies) diminishes your appetite to the point that you
eat less food than you need to maintain your current weight, then you're now
eating "low-cal".

I hope that addresses your question.

You're not going to get a food that meets all of these criteria. If it's
high fat, it can't be low calorie. Now if you keep the serving size small,
the calories may be within a range that' acceptable to you, but oz for oz
it's going to be high calorie.

Then one gram of fat is low-cal, low-carb, and since it's all fat, it's high
fat, too.

are you talking about olestra?

Ever tried to wipe your ass after eating chips with olestra?

Never bothered me at all. I could eat two sacks of those in a sitting
and never even had a hiccup.

Not sure it specifically meets your criteria, but 3-4 eggs in the morning
sure does hit the spot.

-Cheers
