Hi, Laura, Congratulations on the wonderful loss and doubling your

exercise.

Thanks Catherine. I don't think I'll have chance to exercise 4 times
*every* week, but when I have a good week, I'll make the most of it ;o)

First result is a loss*** of 3 and a half pounds taking me down to 146.5

Woohoo, great whoosh Laura.

Thanks Erin

Different colour for me this time - 4 walks instead of my usual 2, so I
think I get a red smily next to all my green smilys!

Way to go. This challenge is really getting us all moving.

Yes it is - and looking forward to seeing the smiley faces as evidence of
our hard work ;o)

I've got a really nice pair of slim fitting jeans (otherwise known as
*tight* at the moment!) that I can get on, but I'd like them to a bit

looser
before I wear them out, so that's my motivation at the moment. I bought
them a few weeks ago and I've hung them on the outside of my wardrobe to
help me stay on track ;o)

I do that too. It works for me :-)

A visible goal really helps me to stay focused.

You broke through that roller coaster quite nicely. Congratulations.

Thanks Prairie Roots. I feel like I'm back on track and on my way down
again!
