Put me down for a loss of 2lb this week. This puts me back down to my long
standing weight of 219. This is week 5 at this weight. :-(

On the positive side of things, I can happily say that my time at Curves has
paid off. In 2 months I have lost 7 inches. So I may not be losing weight I
certainly am losing inches. Losing both would be nice, of course.

Now if I could only figure out how to break this stall I'd be a happy
camper....

Congrats on the loss, both of pounds and inches. Good luck with
breaking the stall. Hang in there, you know you can do this! :-)

That is great and those inches lost really show that something is
working even if the scale is not showing it.

Congrats.

Congratulations on getting back down to 219. I know you've been there
before, but the scale at least is going in the right direction. Great
success in your measurements. When the scale isn't cooperating, it
sure is nice to have another tool for assessing your progress. In some
ways, I find that the tape measure gives me a better reality check.
Weight seems so arbitrary, what with the fluctuations, and muscle/fat
ratios, frame size, height, etc. But a waist measurement is somehow
more tangible and easier to visualise. At least that's true for me.

Aw - you and me - same place, same deal. Size shrinkage not weight
shrinkage! Can we help it if we want both? *grin*

best of luck for this week

Me too! But with the clothing NSV's this week, I can't be too
downhearted!

Thanks Fred. One way or another I am getting smaller and that's what counts.
