Food:

8:30 (IHOP w/ Tom): 2 fried eggs; 1 1/2 slices whole wheat toast w/
butter; 10 oz. grapefruit juice

12:00 (Thai restaurant): 4 oz. shrimp w/ curry sauce; 1/2 cup white
rice

4:15 (home): creatine

5:00 (home): 12 mini carrots

7:30 (home): 188g grilled salmon; 1 cup steamed cauliflower; 3 mint
meringue cookies

Totals: 1307 calories, 36g fat (25%), 141g carbs (43%), 94g protein
(29%)

7:00 a.m. -- Exercise:

bench: 1x10x45; 1x8x65; 1x5x65 speed; 1x3x85; 1x1x105; 2x3x125;
1x2x130; 1x3x130; 1x2x130 (Basically, the last five sets at 125 and
130 were the bench program for today; the rest was warmup.)

pull-up negatives: 1x6

machine-assisted pull-ups: 1x4x30 (help on last two): 1x6x40 (help on
last 3)

machine rows: 1x8x80; 1x8x70

I did pullups today, too. I REALLY hate pullups! It's one of
the exercises I just don't progress on. Anyway, looks like
you had a good workout.

Shrimp and salmon on the same day? Yum! ;-) (we had shrimp last night
and we are having salmon tonight -- the strawberries are for dessert)

I love both! And when I'm eating out, shrimp is one of my favorite
things to order. It's really low in calories, and even if the sauce
with it is a bit fattening (and I know the curry sauce had a little
oil and sugar) it doesn't absorb much of it. Plus it's yummy :-).
