Here I thought I had filtered you out of my life, and you show back

x-post to my group cut. I left in the others, because I
don't know your group. Apologies to all the other groups.

My filtering system for ABC works brilliantly.

Until some dick-head answers him and leaves all the x-posts
in.

First you need to understand that scientists tend to be precise. No
common person can "eliminate" carbohydrates from their meals.

Look at the "Nutrition Facts" for anything you buy.

"Total Carbohydrate" = 'Dietary Fiber" + "Sugars" + "Sugar Alcohol"

You would have to "eliminate" ALL 3 of the constituents to
carbohydrates. Let see you do that outside a lab.

For Diabetics you need to LOWER your "Impact Carbs." This is also
good for loosing weight (I know from experience).

What do I mean by "Impact Carbs?" Not all the constituents to carbs
impact your system. Fiber is non-digestible and "sugar alcohols"
dissipate too fast, both have no impact on your system, especially
blood sugar which is what Diabetics are concerned about.

"Impact Carbs" = "Total Carbs" - "Fiber" - "Sugar Alcohol"

Keep your intake of "Impact Carbs" low and you'll have better control
of your Diabetes AND loose weight.

My "Impact Carbs" target is less than 20g per meal. Note I said
"target."

Like, I found a low carb store (San Diego, CA) that has a variety of
low carb products. This includes a bread from a local bakery that is
1 carb per slice (whole multi-grain, unprocessed flour).

Caution, ANY flour product (bread, rolls, pasta) that uses PROCESSED
FLOUR is high in carbs.

I'd be suspicious of any bread product that was supposed to have 1g of
net carb per normal size slice. Based on all the other products and
what I know, that just doesn't sound realistic.
