Default WI Sep 27 : level at 200


Hi all,

I remained the same this week: no gain, no loss.

Looking back on the week I'm glad I stayed on the same weight level:
the last 4 days weren't exactly OP. Not that far off, but still...

Not gaining is definitely better than gaining.
