Was in a GNC the other day and saw Atkins cereal on the shelf. The picture on

Makes no mention of milk any where on specs. I thought milk was a no no??

Eat it with half and half??

Or cream diluted with water, or soy milk, etc. Whatever fits your
carb budget, taste, and doesn't give you more trouble than it's worth.

Hood now makes a low carb milk product. Westsoy makes a low carb soy
milk product. Keto makes Keto Milk (powder).

Regular Vitamin D milk is 13 carbs for 1 cup. I figure I use about 1/4th cup
over my 1/2 cup of cereal. I didn't do this during induction, but have this for
breakfast several times a week with no problem. Why mess around with milk
substitutes, when you can have the real thing?

Why not use cream? 1/4 cup is 1.65 carbs and sinfully delicious.
