Default southbeach diet

When losing weight to become healthy I've found that the Southbeach
Diet lifestyle works easily. Our country is in such trouble with so
many people being obese, everyone should read the book! It makes
sense once we understand how our body burns calories and if we don't
put any sugar/carbs into our bodies, our bodies will then burn fat
until it's gone, but some good carbs need to be reintroduced into our
diets to maintain our health otherwise we will burn muscle tissue and
become sick. This diet is divided into 3 phases. The first phase is
designed to eliminate the sugars and carbs from our diets and it runs
for 2 weeks. Phase 2 reintroduces some good carbs like some fruits
for example back into our diets and we contine on this phase until we
reach our desired weight loss goal. When we reach our goal we move to
phase 3 which is maintenance and we remain here for life, if we make
some mistakes and gain weight back, just return to Phase 1 until
you're back on track. What could be easier, plus you are never hungry
on this diet! It's veggies, meat, nuts cheese plus some suprising
desserts that won't hurt your progress.

That was my first thought, but I don't see any links or ads or suggestions
that could lead to a sale. OP seems to just be posting her opinion about a
popular diet plan.

Just looking for her 15 minutes, I suppose. Aren't we all?

No. :-)

What's the difference in some of us talking about Atkins and her talking
about South Beach? None of us are selling Atkins books and she didn't make a
pitch to sell you anything for South Beach. What puts your panties into a
wad about her talking about it?

Sounds like Atkins to me.
