i lost either 1.4 or 1.6 i got so happy i lost 2 weeks in a row i don't
remember, have a great week, Lee

Whoo hoo!

While I have been sticking fast to the menus and the plan, and
exercising, things ain't shifting, so I'm going to explore a water
retention control diet, as I know a lot of the excess right now is water
rather than fat.

water/salt makes a huge difference, ffor an eye opener look up how much salt
is naturally occuring in plain old celery, Lee
