Default Reducing or stretching?

Today I slid into a 38-inch pair of jeans. A little tight depending on how
I sit, but I figure it'll cut down on the appetite, until I get into my PJs
before bedtime.

Can't tell if they just stretched to 39". Hmmmm...

Andy
