Default Scheduled Cheat

Yes I am going to cheat today. My birthday is on friday and since DH works
nights every night but sunday and monday, we are going out to lunch today to
celebrate. The place we're going has to-die-for croissants and I fully
intend to indulge. The rest of the week will be business as usual but today
is Mine! ;o)

Let us know how it goes, Angela.

Oddly enough I have found that my scheduled cheats have not been as
fulfilling as in the past. Not that I don't enjoy the food. Just that
afterwards it doesn't seem to have been worth it.
I'm now gonna try mini-mini cheats and see if I can find a balance between
the reward aspect and the feeling good afterwards aspect.

Default Scheduled Cheat

Over the past few weeks , I've been thinking alot about Celebrations
and Food.
Seems what made me gain the weight was the ability to turn any happy
occassion into a reason to have more than I needed in ways of either
high cal or high carb foods.
I've done some serious brainstorming and even asked the group for
suggestions on ways to eliminate the 'having to have something special
to eat' and replace it with an activity that would bring me just as
much joy and memory

Anyways...
Happy Birthday to you in Advance Enjoy your Day.
Sounds like you've made a plan.. and getting back on track shouldnt be
a problem then.
