Default 1000 Calorie diet

Hey, have you ever just told yourself you weren't going to eat until, say 4pm,
and you were only going to eat 200 calories then? or something of that nature?
I find that it is quite easy to keep up with my promises, and I have used this
method to lose nearly 60 pounds by eating about 1000 calories a day. At such
low calories, it almost doesn't matter what foods you eat, whether they are
high in fat or carbohydrates.

Anyone do something similar to this?

No but then I have a brain and I know you're fooling yourself if you think
this is how to be healthy.
