Default Fat free Cream (1g sugar of 3g total carb) vs. full fat cream (2gsugar of 2g total)

Hi Guys,

It's a little confusing what to choose? should I go for the one with the
higher total carb that has less sugar, or the one with the lower total carb
but has more sugar!!!!

Please advice

Best regards
Basel Al-Dosery
