Default SWWC final week / HHH Week 2 - Laura P (and NYNY sign up)

Hi all,

SWWC - Up 1.5 to 150 again. Missed my goal completely, I'm afraid... (

I exercised twice again for week 2 - better than nothing, so I'm quite
pleased ;o)

Two short walks squeezed in when I felt well enough ). A blend of ME/CFS
and preparing for part-time uni is not doing much to help my eating or
exercising at the moment... Too much effort to get moving or cook properly
(!), but it's only (I'm hoping) a small blip, so I should be back to losing
again in no time.

I've had a bit of a gain this week, but hopefully Amberle3's NYNY challenge
will help me get back on track - please could you add me on to the challenge
Amberle3? I record my weight on Saturdays, so I'll give my starting weight
and goal weight at the weekend.

Hope everyone is well and keeping up with their weight losses and exercise.

Thanks Elaine. I've been *properly* (eating proper meals ;o) ) back OP for
a few days now, so I'm hoping that I'm back on track now - the two
challenges should help too!
