Default Blood pressure

My BP had been getting higher and higher over the past couple of years, and my
doctor was about to put me on meds before I tried LC at the end of last year.
Last time I saw him (2 months ago?) it was down enough to impress him, not to
mention my chronic headaches were gone. But it was still a *little* high. So
for the past couple of weeks, I've been stopping by the drugstore and taking a
reading at the little machine they have. I'll have to assume it's close to
accurate, since it always told me I was high before. I'm proud to say it's
normal, and has been normal each and every time, even when I'm heading home
from the gym, or a stressful day at work. Up and down a little, but always at
or below the normal readings. I'm thrilled! Thank you Dr. A!

Congratulations! What was your typical BP before and what is it now?

My BP pre-dieting was about 145/90 or so.

Very soon after I started dieting, it went down to about 128/78 or so.

My pre LC bp was a little higher than yours. I don't recall exact numbers, but
it was 150s/high 90s. I think last night when I checked it was 122/72. It was
under the normal range on the chart anyway, which is what I look for.
