Default SWWC Week 12 Laura (LJ)

Sorry I have not been online much this week. Way too many posts to reply to
so congrats to everyone for doing a good job this week. Keep up the good
work. And for those that have little gains this week, hang in there. They'll
soon come off too.

Now the good news. I'm down 1.5lb to 223. Made my SWWC goal by 2. I've made
it to Curves 4 days this week too. I even made it there Saturday morning at
8am before the rest of the family woke up. I'm really enjoying stopping
there on my way home from work each day. I'm finding that I am much more
relaxed at home in the evenings. I guess exercise is a good way to relieve
stress.

I'm starting to notice that some of my smaller sized cloths are fitting
again. I pulled out a pair of pants for work today and discovered they were
size Large and they fit. That explains why the new pair of 1X pants were too
big. Hopefully they will shrink in the wash this weekend so they won't be so
baggy the next time I wear them.

Have a good week everyone.

Thanks Fred. I am hoping that the clothes that I have don't look too baggy
for a few more months. Would like to hold off buying new clothes until I am
down another size. Hopefully by the spring.
