Default Frustrated No More

My sister and I are doing exquisitely. My sister is now 324 from 358 since
July 1, 2004 and I am down to 194 from approximately 215. This has become a
lifestyle, we have retrained ourselves. We started out for the first six
weeks with a journal, but now what we eat is low carb.

This is awesome!!!

That's great, Mary!

I went from approximately 220 to 195 in a matter of a few months, but then
stalled. I kind of drifted away from the plan and got back up to 198, but
now am down to 194. Have to learn to be patient, and since I enjoy the
foods that are "allowed" on the low-carb lifestyle, adopting back to it is
not a problem. This weekend was filled with barbecues, and I just eat the
meat, onions, and jalapenos, avoid the bread and potato salad and such.
LOL!!!

Keep up the good work!
