You should try the new Atkins Morning Start cereals. 3 flavors - I
tried the Banana Nut Harvest. Very good. A good alternative for
breakfast, or a nice late night snack. One thing - the net carbs
range from 3-5 depending on flavor. Then add another 1-2 carbs if you
use cream..
