Make some carb free fudge - there are several recipes on the net, just google.
Try some almonds or walnuts. Eat something sour! Like a pickle!

Sometimes I give in, have a sugar binge, then get back on track.
But this is a Controlled Binge. I deliberately go out and get myself the
finest chocolates, delay satisfaction until the house is in order and I am
alone, then have my way.
If I'm deeply low carbing I don't get those cravings though.

These days I am working on developing a lowcarb chocolate candy recipe. I
have some macadamia nut chocolate squares in the freezer right now. Since
peanut butter is like candy for me, I'll be working on that too.

I bring good treats to work with me every day .. nuts & cheese, celery &
peanut butter, lowcarb candybar .. supporting myself with a little arsenal
of my foods is important for my success.

If you are really craving chocolate, as opposed to chocolate flavored
sugar (like a tiny bit of baker's unsweetened chocolate kills the
craving), then I suggest increasing your magnesium during your TOM.

If it's just an increase in sugar cravings because you have the hormonal
blues, then *if* you can control how much you eat-- go ahead and have a
serving of chocolate junk food for pete's sake, it's not the end of the
world. But if you can't--- stick with the sugar free stuff. Also watch
how much you eat (in general) during TOM... increased hunger is common,
and that can mean too many calories.

I make jello with Splenda sweetened Koolaide and Knox Gelatin. Add 1/4 cup
cottage cheese to it after it's gelled and run a fork through to break it
up. Yum.

Cut your carbs-- sugar and starch-- and the acne will go away. I didn't
believe it either, until I'd been lowcarbing long enough to starve the
bacteria on my face.

While I didn't get severe acne, I did get at 1 to 3 large nasty looking
glow-in-the-dark scary infected looking ones every 2 weeks. When I
first began suspecting my diet, I tested it. Sure enough, eat too many
bad carbs for too long (usually about 5 days) and boom-- instant
godzilla-zit. I haven't had a zit now in a long time.

Chocolate without sugar won't aggravate your acne.

After any salary raise, you will have less money at the end of the
month than you did before.

I don't usually snack much because there's nothing quick and easy that
appeals to me. But I do usually have a bar of sugar-free dark chocolate
around in case of emergency )

The sugar alcohol effect is an excellent incentive not to over-indulge too.

You could even whip up some heavy cream, sweetener and unsweetened cocoa
powder, or other flavours you like such as vanilla, etc.

cheers
