Default The Washcloth Experiment

I post this little experiment about once a year to reassure people that
sudden weight fluctuations are often caused by water retention.
You'll need a dry washcloth and a kitchen food scale with a receptacle
you can mount on top.

Weigh the washcloth while it is dry.

Now soak it and don't wring it out and then weigh it. How much more dos
it weigh?

Imagine what a difference it can make if you have eaten something that
caused water retention inside your body!
