Default Saggy skin follow-up

I'm relieved to hear that many/most didn't have a problem with excess
skin. I'm 40 so I'm not a spring chicken, but it makes sense the advice
about good fats, water, and exercise. I actually find it pretty easy to
exercise once I get back in the groove. I currently have the tummy
flap--in fact, my tummy is really the place where most of my fat
resides--my hips, thighs, arms, are actually pretty well toned and
regular sized.

And while I am ok w/a breast lift (I had reduction surgery 15 years
ago), my understanding of taking off excess skin is scarring that goes
completely around the body and realigning the belly button, etc. Plus,
the loss of sensitivity which sometimes accompanies the lipo that
usually smoothes out the skin. Anyway, I will keep an open mind about
that, but it IS a major concern although being fat is a bigger concern.

Thanks for the info.
