Default Monthly update 9/12 details

The wheels fell off the WOL bus this month.

First, my doc ordered me to stop walking because of bursitis in my
hips. I made do with water and low-impact aerobics.

Then, two new meds -- an NSAID for the bursitis and and an SSRI for
depression -- aggravated my idiopathic insomnia and upset my stomach.

And I caught that upper respiratory flu that's been going around.

This all came to a head Tuesday when I thought I was having a stroke
or seizure and went to the ER. Turns out it was a combination of
dehydration, lingering infection and reaction to the SSRI.

I was treated with Valium and IV fluids.

I'm off the SSRI, I'm recovered from the flu. And back exercising.

As always, YMMV.

Wow, that's a lot to deal with. Glad to hear you're ok after all of that
and back on track.

I hope you are feeling back to your normal self soon Kasey -- hang in there -- it's
hard to keep going with so many health challenges -- and I'm glad you got some
answers and are feeling a bit better than before!

Mary M
