Food & Exercise -- 9/1/2004
Food:
8:45 (home): 30g More & Less cereal, 30g All Bran, 22g whey protein, 1 cup skim milk 11:45 (work -- brought from home): leftover half of my turkey burger from Sunday (62g turkey, 1/2 of large bun) w/ 2 slices f/f cheese added 3:00 (work -- brought from home): 1 cup f/f peach yogurt 6:00 (driving to mall after work): energy bar 8:00 (home): 104g red snapper; 162g Brussels sprouts 9:00 (home): 3 mint meringue cookies 10:15 (home): 1 oz. almonds 11:30 (home -- planned): 1 1/2 cups f/f Greek yogurt Totals: 1326 calories, 30g fat (20%), 150g carbs (45%), 134g protein (40%) {I didn't eat enough in the first half of the day -- though I hadn't realized it until I got home in the evening and filled in my spreadsheet. I've been making up some this evening but not enough to get to my target 1500 -- just don't want any more.} Exercise (gym day off): 12:00 -- brisk 2-mile walk 11:00 (just now): 21 guy-style pushups (my new PR :-) ) Chris 262/140/ (145-150) |

Chris, I'm just curious - what's red snapper? --- [AF, 1st day - extremely crampy abdomen and back] Food: Breakfast: grapes (20 berries) Snack: corn bread w/butter (1 thin slice of bread, 2 pats butter) Lunch: Hungarian salami (100 grams); 3 Mentos chewing gums Snack: "diet cocoa pudding" (200 gr light cream, 1 ts unsweetened cocoa powder, dash cinnamon, a few drops of Splenda) Dinner: corn flakes with skim milk (40 grams corn flakes, 20 ml skim milk, a few drops of Splenda) Snack: whole wheat crackers w/hot chili sauce (30 grams crackers, 2 Tbs hot chili sauce) Water =1.3 lt vitamin C drink According to Fitday = 109 grams of carbs (29%, total 1421 calories). Elly breastfeeding mom of a 10mo, following the balanced low carb WOE Mid July 2004: 195.8 / 184.8 / mini-goal by October 11th: 173.8 to 171.6 lbs sometime in the (distant) futu 150 lbs |
