Candida
I am having rather a problem with what I assume is candidal die-off.
It's not in the usual thrushy place, it's more the colon. (Prob TMI there). Has anybody got any advice for me, to deal with this, or to hasten it? Bloody candida, we hates it. TIA -- Mogget, the Churl in the Puce Greatcoat |

"Find a probiotic compound that contains not only acidophilus—which is a direct inhibitor of yeast overgrowth—but such other beneficial bacteria as bifidobacterium and bulgaricus. Preparations that do not need to be refrigerated are preferable. The best products are sold in dark glass or plastic light-screening containers. Make sure that the probiotics are not in a milk base." http://atkins.com/Archive/2001/11/28-709329.html |
