I just checked my fasting blood sugar, and it was 90! That may well be an

Just wanted to let those of you who have been concerned about my diabetes

Hi Carol, from one diabetic to another congratulations! FTR, I've just got
my sugar back under control after a nasty week of feeling crappy, sugar up,
sugar down, whew! My biggest benefit to staying in control has been only
needing one or two shots a day instead of my previous FIVE! I've been
diabetic for a long time but still hate shots. I will have to low carb the
rest of my life but after a dinner out tonight (Lazy Lobster), broiled fish,
lobster, scallops & shrimp with a Caesar salad, a slice of Myra's cheesecake
at home later, I can deal with it

Well, gotta go eat my Keto oatmeal.

Yay!

This is the second-best news I've heard all week[1].

Glad to see you back, and in fine fighting fettle again.

April.
[1] - The first-best news was/is that my SOGP still thinks
I'm spiffy. Double-plus good yay!

Put the cat out.
