Announcing the Weight No More weight loss challenge!

This challenge picks up right where the RAFL leaves off. That means
your starting weight is the weight THIS WEEK, March 22-28. Goal weight
is for the week of June 14-20. Sign up here, send me an email with WNM

I most certainly do NOT have boundless energy, as is witnessed by the
fact that the certificates from the last exercise challenge still
haven't been sent out. What I do have, however, is a seemingly endless
array of ways to get out of cleaning the house!
