so i made it to W I and it was a horrifying experience. in the space of 3
weeks i gained 9.2 pounds. I have not been trakking, drinking water,
exercising or making good food choices, so now at precisely 8:00 AM this
morning i will start points and trakking again. DH put my weight into the
computer for me and retook the quiz for me and we bought milk and fruit
yesterday, we also bought some other food items i felt i needed to get a
handle on this. wish me luck. I hope your week is going better for you, Lee

Hi! I managed to lose a bit when I first started but have not been doing
well, lately. I switched from going to meetings to doing WW on line only, as
it's too frustrating to spend $40 a month and not lose. I'll do well for
part of the day and then lose it in the afternoon, which is why I decided to
come read the group during my "bad" time. It was nice to find you here and
see that my misery has company.

I hope we all do better this coming week. I weigh in at home tomorrow, not
expecting much of a change.

Barbara

I seem to have spent my week in Germany eating cream cake and delishuss
home cooked food, and quite deliberately did not track. Piggy, but not
too insane! I'll be back on track in the morning...

I also haven't been eating very good either! I have been working the
concession stand at school 3-4 nights a week. I make my weigh in, but
not much of a loss. I'm excellent at maintaininbg but to lose is
another matter! lol Here's to us this week!
