A poll for successful losers - how many calories do you maintainwith?
This is a poll (suggested by another person) aimed at successful weight
losers who have lost a LOT of weight (gone from obese to normal weight) and who have maintained that weight loss for a reasonable amount of time. 1. What plan did you follow? 2. How many calories per day are you maintaining your weight on? 3. What is your age, sex, height and before and after weights? 4. Any additional comments about what made you successful. I'll summarize the results for everybody! Thanks! doug |
