Default Volumetrics & WW Core program

Someone posted these links in another group. The information is about
Volumetrics, not WW.

A few websites to get you started:

http://www.cg-diet-reviews.com/archives/000003.html
http://lancaster.unl.edu/food/ftjan01.htm
http://www.ilovepasta.org/diet_matters2.html

After being on the Core program for the past 3 weeks I can see where WW may
have gotten their new program. Very interesting reading.

My feeling when I heard about Core was that it is similar to Volumetrics.

I wish that WW had explained it as well as the articles posted. Then I think
more folks would buy into it. I makes perfect sense.
