Isn't that an oxymoron? Seriously, why not just buy a copy of Atkins
book. There is IMO, no better source of information and it's a lot
cheaper.

Why? There is nothing easier than eating lowcarb. There must be 10
bestselling diet books, all using some variation of the original Atkins
plan.

Default LC Nutritionist in San Diego?

some background on the question.

I did LC/atkins/protien power successfully 8 years ago and lost 45 lbs.
I've been off the LC WOE and I've gained it all back.
8 Years ago there was not much research in the field, today there is a bunch.

I'm looking for a resource that is current on all the research and
can authorativly answer some questions based on current research.
I realize that this NG is a good resource, but there is no substitute for talking to
some one that is smart, current and activly studing the field.
