The only way to diet is reduce your food and do exercise daily in the morning.

No matter what kind of diet you are on, drinking enough water is a critical component of making sure your diet works. Water helps to clean out the toxins that are often being eliminated when you diet.Increasing your physical activity in a positive way can work wonders. This goes right along with mindset because if you tell yourself that more exercise is punishment for eating more or that you can earn the right to eat more food by exercising more, it is a negative way of looking at physical activity.
