Default soya powder

I bought something called soya powder yesterday.

Can I make biscuits and such with this??

It's a little higher carb than I wanted, but oh well. It was the cheapest
item there

I was not about to pay $18 for this stuff that had 0 carbs.

Thanks,
Kerri
