Default Is there a method to avoid tolerance to meds?

I'm one of those who develops a tolerance to diets meds. It occurred
years ago with phen/fen after six months, and recently when taking
Adipex after 3-4 mos.

I stopped the Adipex for a few months, and have just started it again.
It's only been a couple of days but on a very low initial dose, I'm
experiencing more energy and appetite suppression. I know it won't
last. It occurred to me to try to "fool" it, by taking it one week on,
one week off, or doing that by staggering the dosages.

Has anyone tried something like this successfully? If yes, what did you
do?

Dear Robin,

You may be able to regain the effects of Adipex or Phentermine
by making some small changes in diet and lifestyle.

I recently finished compiling a collection of my amateur research
on the subject of Phentermine tolerance. I thought I should look
it up and try to find some solutions because I found questions
about it in a few forums.

Here's the link:
(don't mind the salesy stuff...hehe )
