Default Food & Exercise -- 4/6/2006 (yesterday)

Another day of auditing in NJ. It was a nice day, so I got in a short
run after work.

Food:

* 7:30 (hotel breakfast bar): 2 eggs, scrambled; 1 sausage patty; 1
banana nut muffin; 6 oz. orange juice
* 12:15 (meeting lunch -- a sort of Philly-themed meal): 2 potato
halves baked with cheese on top (this isn't Philly, as far as I know);
2 oz. cheese-steak beef mixture (steak with some cheese in it, I gather
-- I didn't use the roll or the pepper/onion stuff -- just put the meat
on a potato half); 2 oz. similar meat mixture made with chicken, on the
other potato half; 2 Tastykakes -- one a larger butterscotch-flavored
finger-shaped thing, the other a smaller cookie-shaped peanut butter &
chocolate thing {After the discussion here a while back about the evils
of Tastykakes, I decided I had to give them a try. Not worth the
calories, I'd say :-).}
* 6:30 (hotel room): 1 orange
* 7:30 (hotel room): 4 oz. grilled turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup

Exercise:

5:30 -- 2.5 mile run

8:00 -- 3 sets of pushup-ups: 19, 10, 10 reps. One set of 50 crunches.
