Starbucks Sausage Egg Muffin Sandwich Nutrition Info
Does anyone have the nurtition facts on Starbucks new sausage egg
muffin? The muffin is fairly large and delicious, but I fear that it is also somewhere around 600-1000 calories. I emailed Starbucks for the info, but I'm wondering if anyone out there might already know. |

Ya know, I can live with that. I used to get their maple oat nut scones
which are 430 cal, 130g of fat. This sandwhich has much less fat and you have to assume that there is a decent amount of protein in there. I love to get these items Saturday morning for what I call a "cheat meal". Thanks for the quick response! oregonchick. wrote: wrote in message oups.com... I just checked Starbuck's website because I thought your numbers were a little off. 130g of fat would be over 1000 calories. They have 13g of fat, so 130 calories come from fat, while the rest come from other nutrients (carbs, protein). 430 calories is still an awful lot for a scone... |
