it depends entirely on your stride length

Do you have a "quick" translation of steps to miles? (I'm dismayed at the
number of steps I DON'T take in a day...)

What do you want to see happen from now to June 21st (first days of
summer)?
I would like to remain at or below my goal weight (It will be a year
for me April 4)

I would like to walk 400 miles between today and that June 21. I'm
getting 4 miles a day 3 to 4 days a week.

I would like to use weights on a more consistent basis. I'm shooting
for 3 days a week (this is supposed to help my osteoporosis diagnosis
I was gifted with last October)

I think I will start posting my progress here. Right now I'm trying
to get an idea of how many points I will need to maintain my weight
where it is at. I added 2 points a day last week and still lost 2
pounds.

Not really, although I have heard it is about 2,000 per mile. When I
bought my pedometer at the WW meeting, the leader helped me calibrate
it, by measuring my stride when I walk. I use the walk away the
pounds video and it averages about a mile every 15 minutes. On top
of that I add any mall walking I may do. One complete circuit of our
local mall is 1 mile.

Thanks Willow.
I kinda thought that adding back was what I should do. I just need to
figure out now how to factor in the exercise points into the equation.
I'm walking four days a week right now (60 minutes each time).
