Preventing stomach damage
Hello,
My problem is as follows: I cannot resist following any kind of diet... The only way I can loose weight is by eating _very_ little. Yet still, by eating very little (only a few bites of food per day) I heard that I can easily damage my stomach. So, what should I do in order to cause minimal damage to my stomach? For example, I heard it would be a good idea to drink more water... Do you know anything else that could help me? Thanks! |

Your problem is mis-information...
Your planned diet is uneffective long term, and dangerous to your health. Sorry Will~ "Zepheryl" wrote in message ups.com... You might consider discussing your eating habits with a professional...You
don't say much in your post but you imply quite a bit...Good luck...GG "Zepheryl" wrote in message ups.com... Hello, My problem is as follows: I cannot resist following any kind of diet... Preventing stomach damage
talk to a nutritionist and your doctor...
and you can always have those protien shakes and those for meals. it seems like you do this often... not good in general... the good thing about weight watchers is that it teaches you to change your eating habits entirely so you can maintain a healthy eating habit. its not a 'diet' with die in it... its a conciensious effort to alter your life... something forever, not just til you're at your goal weight... it continues on afterwards... but its healthy eating, and has no limits outside of amounts... just so you know...
