Default Motivation game Report for 5-16-06

Ok, here's how I did today !!

1- Earn at LEAST 2 APs (doesn't sound like much but with my hurt back it
ain't easy !) no roll overs!

I cleaned around the house actively for over 3 hours! Put down 5 pts.

2- Track every morsel of food and drop of drink that comes my way.

Did too !! Every bit !

3- Stay within my points (counting flex pts, I've got a life see?)

22 pts (since I'm on "maintenance" but still trying to lose I put my target
at 22) and 1 flex! didn't eat any activity pts either!

4- Follow at least 6 of the 8 good health guidelines !

Did too ! I missed healthy oils and vitamins... snif.. but got all the
others! I gotta work on those two !

My rewards: I'm buying 2 stools for my counter! I want them but DH doesn't
altogether agree, but it's my reward so there ! ;op
Tomorrow we're taking a grilling class !! it's gonna be hard !

pills... anybody tried the chewables?

You could always try the kids chewables and take two. They are not that
bad.
