OT - very sweaty
For several days I've been sweating profusely. I'm not hot, in fact, my
hands and feet are COLD! I'm not stressed, nothing has changed in my environment, yadda yadda. But my pits are literally drooling... Sorry if this is tmi, but has anyone else experienced this? Could it be hormonal? (Too young for menopause though) det |

At least I don't stink! LOL! Well, do you think it could cause that for several days afterwards? Do you think maybe it could be caffeine related? - I have added a diet coke daily... det |

Caffeine does increase sweating, but I don't think one diet Coke would have a noticable effect. It's possible, though. -- jamie ) "There's a seeker born every minute." |

Diet coke is evil (aspartame). Try Diet RC with Splenda and caffeine or
Diet Rite with Splenda and caffeine free.... Who knows if aspartame causes sweating or not.... but it won't hurt to stop eating/drinking it! -- Email me at: perpleglow(AT)comcast.net http://community.webshots.com/user/perpleglow "determined" wrote in message ... It could be your body is just dumping excess water you are holding,
especially could be possible since you are just getting back on your plan after vacation. Whenever I am shedding water I sweat buckets from the easiest task and at the oddest times; in the gym I am a total mess. I usually think of shedding water by frequent trips to the bathroom, but I've also noticed lately, I seem to sweat a lot of held water out. If you have access to a steamroom try that...it seems to get it all done in one fell swoop. Elise "Brad Sheppard" wrote in message om... Sounds like the hot flashes my wife gets - but she's 55. No Diet RC???
Dollar General also sells soda that has aspartame.... I don't know where you are at or know if you have Dollar General there but you may want to check it out.... What about Diet Rite? -- Email me at: perpleglow(AT)comcast.net http://community.webshots.com/user/perpleglow "Jayjay" wrote in message ... It's early and I had a typo... Dollar General soda has Splenda not
aspartame... sorry for the confusion. I've had it before and it doesn't taste yucky. What about drinking Green tea??? So, let me get this straight, you're knocking Diet coke because it contains aspertame, yet you then say to go to dollar general and buy off brand *icky tasting* diet soda w/ aspartame in it??? Where's the logic? |

From my memory, it has about 30% of the caffeine in coffee. I think black
tea has more caffeine then green. I personally don't like the taste of black tea.... -- Email me at: perpleglow(AT)comcast.net http://community.webshots.com/user/perpleglow "Jayjay" wrote in message ... And, did you know that green tea is actually very low in caffeine - contrary to popular belief |
