Food & Exercise -- 12/102003
Food:
6:30 (driving to work): energy bar 8:30 (during meeting, brought from home): 2 hard-boiled eggs 10:30 (meeting break, bought in cafeteria): English muffin w/ 3/4 oz. peanut butter 12:30 (meeting food): 2 half pita pocket sandwiches -- one w/ 2 oz. turkey and 3/4 oz. Swiss cheese, other w/ 2 oz. tuna salad 2:00 (meeting food): 1 cup fresh fruit 4:00 (meeting food): 1 cup fresh fruit 8:00 (home): 100g turkey breast, 1 cup stuffing, 1/2 cup giblet gravy Totals: 1451 calories, 55g fat (34%), 136g carbs (37%), 104g protein (29%) {not the greatest ratios} Exercise: None to speak of. I worked later than expected, and still wasn't feeling too well. On Tom's suggestion, I just went to the gym and sat in the steam room for a while. Chris 262/172/??? |
