Default tuna salad

why does everyone on the newsgroup warn against tuna salad made w/ mayo? one
can of tuna only requires 1-2 tbsp of mayo. 2.5g saturated fat is not much,
especially if you only eat half of the can and save the rest for the next day.

sara

hello teacher tell me what's my lesson,
look right through me, look right through me.

The 1-2 tbsp of regular mayo can add up to 200 calories to your tuna in
addition to the saturated fat. I normally use the low-calorie or fat free
mayo to cut back on calories when making tuna salad.

I do it the same way, but only add 1 Tbs of light mayo.

Hmmm... I haven't had a tuna salad in ages...
