Veggie challenge -- Day 2 (5/10/05)

Goal: at least 150g
Actual: 125 g of marinated mushrooms 140 g or so of green beans 80 g of cherry tomatoes 1 clove of garlic and then a few olives and a bit of spring onion I am going through a phase of trying new salads, hence the high numbers. |

Um, well, I haven't joined, but I should. My goal will be to eat at
least 2 veggies a day. Today I've had none :-). I like veggies, actually, but I tend to pick proteins first and veggies as an afterthought. I have a salad packed for tomorrow already, though. Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
