Let me clear up wha appears to be a misunderstanding.

When I said I have a problem with "should", I WAS NOT referring to the
LC diet, nor to the book.

I was referring to comments about my mistake, made by Marsha with a list
of 'shoulds" spoken in a tone of superiority, judgementalness and
disrespect.

Note the name of the ng is diet.support, not
diet.oh-boy-here's-my-chance-to-feel taller-by-standing-on-someone-else.

Would this same person say 'peep" to me in person? Well, heck no. These
types would never say anything to a stranger that might result in
getting their asses handed to them. But, feel perfectly ok about overt
rudeness, hostility and general ****y-ness on Usenet, safe behind their
keyboards, like a sniper in a tree.

Imagine der Koenig being as rude in person as he is in here. His life
expectancy would be maybe three days. One, where I live.

It seems ng's are microcosms of Life. Most people ae genuine, caring and
helpful. Some couldnt get along in a pie factory and a few pretty much
need to be shot in the head for the over-all good.

The diet, tho, Im fine with.

I only have tatoo'd eyeliner.

Love it too! Was painful but worth it.

OM---tattooed eyeliner? Man...I bet that was mondo painful. Yowza. I
know smeone who had her lips done--perfect baby-pink. She was planning
on the eyeliner, too, but said the lips hurt so bad she figured Mabeline
wasnt such a bad deal, after all.

I have a seahorse, an iris and a pentagram...all the result of tequilla!
Last Thaksgiving, we had a pitcher of Margaritas....and beforehand I
