Here is some information: http://www.helpguide.org/life/sleep_apnea.htm Over 95% of people suffering from sleep apnoea are over weight, and weight loss is a significant factor in its reduction. If you sleep better, you will feel less depressed and lethargic, more energetic, and better all round. Do you have this problem too? No, but several over weight people I know do, and even a 10% weight reduction improved things mightily for them. I currently weigh about 68kg. I was beginning to develop sleep apnoea when I weighed over 95 kg. -- Kate XXXXXX R.C.T.Q Madame Chef des Trolls Lady Catherine, Wardrobe Mistress of the Chocolate Buttons http://www.katedicey.co.uk Click on Kate's Pages and explore! |

Please check your blood sugar levels. At your weight (especially if it's
around your belly), you may have diabetes. High BG levels will most certainly make you feel tired all the time. Tiredness??? - SPAM ALERT!!!
I realize this turned out to be spam, but wanted to point out that
tiredness may stem from thyroid conditions, so please do get that checked out. My younger sister had a strange energy level drop and exhaustion as a teen that mimicked acute thyroid conditions. |
